"I’m going to make sure that I take care of my body, have lots of massages."
Kim Clijster, Junior Tennis Grandslam Champion

Elizabeth Esposito is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in British Columbia. She completed her training in 2005 in Toronto, Ontario.  She has practiced Massage Therapy in Toronto, Ontario, and as far north as Yellowknife, NWT.  She is very excited on continuing her practice in British Columbia.

Since graduating from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program, she has continued her interest in holistic therapy and has obtained additional training in acupuncture from the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program. She is also hoping to continue her education to attain her Bachelor of Science in Massage Therapy (B.Sc.MT).

Elizabeth is excited to continue her practice working with athletes, as she has worked with athletes ranging from triathletes to trampolinists to attain their goals and to assist in recovering from injuries.  Being a hockey player and half-marathon runner herself, she has been able to understand the effects of injury prevention and recovering from injuries through the use of massage therapy, acupuncture, and other health care modalities. She also looks forward to attaining further training that would allow her the opportunity to volunteer and work with the athletes at the 2010 Olympic Games.

Elizabeth also has further interests in working with the elderly, bi- and paraplegics as well as pre and post natal massage.

Elizabeth looks forward to working with you to assist in attaining your rehabilitation and health goals.
