Liana Bakker, RMT
Liana Bakker is a Registered Massage Therapist new to Port Coquitlam. She worked at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa since 2006 giving relaxation massages to eager vacationers but is now excited to apply her knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology and rehabilitative treatment to her patients here at Therapedia. Liana believes that active treatment is just as important as the manual therapy that she gives. She is eager to advance her knowledge in myofascial release, aquatic therapy, visceral manipulation and active rehabilitation. In January she will be in her third year of a Health Science degree at Thompson Rivers University. She encourages her patients to be active participants in their healthcare so they can achieve the best possible results.
