Login and Registration
How do I log in?
Click on the "BOOK ONLINE" link on our web page. You will be prompted to enter your login name and password. Enter this information and click "Login". Upon successful login, you can view, make, confirm, or cancel appointments.
How do I register?
Click on the "BOOK ONLINE" link on our web page. You will be prompted to click the "click here" link to register. The registration process requires you to enter information about yourself. You'll be asked to provide and note your login name and password - it is important you note this information and keep it secure. Once you've entered all the required information (bold fields), press the submit button. Upon successful registration, you can begin making and managing your appointments. IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING CLIENT OF THERAPEDIA, YOU WILL TEMPORARILY BE IN OUR DATABASE TWICE, AND HENCE, WILL NOT SEE YOUR EXISTING APPOINTMENTS. WE WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ALL NEW REGISTRATIONS AND WILL PROMPTLY MERGE YOUR PROFILES, IF NECESSARY.
What if I can't remember my login name or password?
Click on the "BOOK ONLINE" link on our web page. Click the "I forgot my password" link. It will prompt you to enter your e-mail address. Enter your e-mail, then click on the "Send Password" link. The e-mail you enter MUST match your e-mail address on file for you to receive your password. If the e-mail address matches the e-mail address on file, we will mail your password. If you have forgotten your login name, please send an e-mail to tom(at)therapedia.com. Indicate that you need your login name and provide contact information so we may contact you to answer a series of security questions so we may restore your login name.
Make, Change, or Cancel an Appointment
How do I make an appointment?
Click on the "BOOK ONLINE" link on our web page. Register (see above) if you’re a first time user or Login (see above) if you’re a returning user. On the left side of the screen, use the Appointment Locator to select your preferences (Service, Practitioner, and Date to Begin Searching). Once you have selected your preferences, the schedule(s) will appear on the right. Change the date, if necessary. Click the white space beside the appointment time which works best. Enter "Special Instructions" if necessary, and click the "Finalize Appointment" link. Your appointment will be confirmed and you will see the appointment listed in your Confirmed Appointments section. You can print a copy of the appointment by clicking the "click here to print a printer-friendly appointment confirmation". Once completed, you may begin a new search or click the "Log Out" link at the top right of the page. Then click the "Back To Web Site" link at the top left of the page, which will return you to our home page.
How do I change or cancel an existing appointment?
You may change or cancel Confirmed Appointments by clicking the appropriate link in the Confirmed Appointments section. Your therapist will be notified of your change or cancellation. You will not be able to cancel apointments within 24 hours of your appointment time, so please contact your therapist by phone if you are canceling the day of an appointment. You will also receive an e-mail with your changed or cancelled appointment details.
How do I know my appointment has been booked?
All confirmed appointments can be viewed in the Appointments section, to the right of your Appointment Locator. You may view the details of the appointments by clicking the underlined text of each appointment. You will also receive an e-mail with your appointment details.
How far in advance can I book online?
You can book up to 90 days in advance.
Can I book recurring appointments?
Unfortunatley, you cannot book recurring appointments online. Appointments must be done one at a time. However, if you would like to try and book the same time / day over a period of time, please call us as we can do this for you to save some time.
General Customer Questions
What is the waiting list?
The waiting list allows you to enter a queue for the next available appointment.
How do I get on the waiting list?
In the upper portion of each screen there is a "Waiting List" link. You can also click on the "Waiting List" link in the daily schedules if you are in the middle of scheduling an appointment and the therapist / day / time you desire is not available. Click on the link and the waiting list section will display. Enter your staff member preference, special instructions (NOTE: we encourage you to leave a phone number so you may be contacted for an appointment) and click the "Waiting List Confirmation" link. A message will indicate that you have been placed on the waiting list.
How do I view my existing appointments?
First click the "Appointments" link on your Web site. Login (see above). The section titled "Confirmed Appointments" at the right of the page is a list of your existing appointments.
What do I do when I'm finished?
Clicking the "Log Out" link at the top right of the web page. Click the "Back To Web Site" link at the top left of the web page to return back to our home page.
How do I manage my Account or change my password or personal information?
At the top of each page is an "Account" link. Click this link and the Account Maintenance screen will display. Here you can change your password. If you’d like to manage your personal information, change whatever information you like. IMPORTANT: When you’ve finished making changes, click the "Update" button to complete your changes or the "Return to Appointments Page" button to cancel any changes.
